Review
From Leonard
Maltin's Movie & Video Guide
Broad, bawdy spoof with Sinatra as $10 outlaw whose attempts to
make it big are slightly hindered by equally bungling sheriff Kennedy (not
to mention assorted whores, Indians, and the U. S. Cavalry). Subtle it's
not, but fast-paced and amusing, especially for Western buffs; Nettleton is
a delight as Joanne Woodward-ish schoolmarm inappropriately named Prudence.
Cowritten by Joseph Heller. TV prints run 79m. Panavision.
